Terms of Use

These Terms govern your participation in the evidence.guide private alpha operated by the Dawes Institute ("we", "us"). By accessing the service you agree to the obligations below.

Acceptable Use

• Limit usage to research, regulatory, and policy evaluation workflows approved during onboarding.
• Do not attempt to probe or compromise infrastructure. Report issues to [email protected].
• Respect rate limits communicated in the API documentation and refrain from automated scraping of the web app UI.

Data Retention

Uploaded evidence packets are retained for up to 180 days in encrypted object storage and removed upon request. Derived metadata and quality scores may be aggregated for benchmarking. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

Credits & Billing

Credits are prepaid and non-transferable. Downgrading or canceling plans does not refund unused credits. We may adjust credit pricing with 30 days notice.

Availability

The alpha release is best-effort with target availability of 99%. Planned maintenance notices will be posted in the dashboard. We may suspend access for misuse or security risks.
